After you place your order, in most cases your order will be shipped within 5 business days. In some cases, when a product is temporarily out of stock, it may take up to 10 business days to fulfill your order.
We ship products worldwide. Depending on your local postal system, your products will normally arrive in 1 to 3 weeks after your make your order.

After we confirm your payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. If we have prepared
the products for your order, we will confirm with eSellerate who will in turns send you a fulfillment
notice. Please note that this fulfillment notice does not neccessarily mean that we have already
delivered you the order. After your order has been sent out for delivery, a separate email is sent
to you by us, informing you about the order delivery status together with a tracking number of
the parcel. Usually the product will arrive your home in 7 days after we send it for delivery.
However, sometimes when the delivery service cannot reach you at home, they
will leave you a notice and ask you to get the parcel in your local post office or call your local
post office for fixing another delivery time. If you don't respond to the notice left at your home
for too long, your local post office might send the parcel back to us, treating the parcel is
suitable for delivery. In this case, we do not make any refund or exchange.
If you still have not received your order after the estimated delivery timeframe,
you can notify us via email at email@example.com and we will investigate for you,
followed by working out a replacement, whenever necessary. It is our responsibility
to ensure the order is sent out to the shipping address our customers provide us. If by our
mistake, an item is sent to a wrong address or somehow disappears, we will arrange a
re-delivery for you, until you receive your order. However, if it is not our fault
that you do not receive the order, for example: You have filled in a wrong address in your
order or you do not accept the order in time by violating the regulation of your local post
office, etc. We do not issue you any refund.
Our products are top of the line and you can be assured that there are virtually no
return at all. We inspect each bag before shipping. Considering we only provide fine quality products,
if uncommon problems such as manufacturing defect does occur, a replacement resolution
will be offered to you. All defective items should be replaced. Refund or return options are not available. And all requests for for replacement must be made by email within 72 hours after your package is delivered and signed.
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
For your convenience, you will not be charged until
the order information is verified for accuracy and your order is shipped. Some situations
that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available
for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems
identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional
verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or
any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept
your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will
issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.
Please contact us first before placing any order if one of the following is true:
- The products you order exceed $300;
- You want to order more than 4 items;
- Your shipping address is different from your credit card's billing address;

We take credit card fraud very seriously.
We cooperate completely with local, state, federal and international law enforcement officials to
apprehend groups or individuals committing credit card fraud.
Whether it be in-state, across state lines or country borders, credit card fraud is a federal and international
crime that is investigated by the FBI and the international police forces and prosecuted by US or international laws
(if you don't believe us, just look it up for yourself). By mandate of law, we are
required to report such abuses and we happily comply with that mandate.
We will supply all information that we have about fraudulent orders
to those officials who will then pursue investigation and prosecution of the criminal
action taken by offending parties. Once the criminal case has been completed, a
separate civil case is then submitted against the offending party to recover any
and all damages (financial and otherwise) that is incurred by our company.
We take the security of our ordering system seriously and any attempt to
fraudulently use a credit card will be reported immediately.
Over the years, we have detected and reported many
attempted fraudulent orders to the issuing banks of the credit cards as
well as the authorities. In our opinion, it's not worth several years in
a prison and financial ruin. If you have committed fraud on our site,
do yourself a favor and CANCEL your order immediately. Otherwise it will
be submitted to the authorities the next business day.
